  1. May Johnson is active in Finnish and other Scandinavian Genealogical Research. We visited with her in June of 1997. She supplied us with a "Wirkkala Family Tree" (written in Finnish) and some correspondence with Chuck Bentley from which the ancestors of Leander Wirkkala are gleaned.

  18. A Finnish lady whose family moved to Sweden. She ran across the Goldsby WEB site and noticed a common family name in Margie's Wirkkala ancestry. She has been in Correspondence about that family since. Her Father, in Finland, contacted a friend (Reijo) who has spent the last ten years researching genealogy. He recognized some of the names from our WEB site and sent a stack of papers to Therese through her Father. Details accredited to her have this source: Reijo in Kaustinen, Finland. 13 February 1998.
